Yeast diaper rash? Nystatin? - nystatin rash

Has anyone used the nystatin cream for diaper rash yeast on a baby? How long does it take to see improvement after application of nystatin to? Does it really work to clear the outbreak?

One of my son often used for yeast infections. Nystatin is used to start the cleaning of the rash in about three days, but it is important to continue with the cream until the prescription the doctor away, or even discouraged. It works well for them, but everyone is different.
