Then, of course, I have to wash the glassware and metal utensils every time after use.

Ribbon is always better, it takes a lot of energy to produce biodegradable disposable everything, so that short-and long-term permanent facilities, or anything better.
Dish is good for a picnic or a big party
But if you want a formal dinner - good for the Executive Board meeting - which is good for plates of good crystal glasses and use silverware nice and clear
Also good for serving wine and mineral water, served cold
You might want to also meet and waiters were hired,
