It is a sensitive issue, so serious answers please, I have had one or two years, are not as bad as my cousins who suffer from them. I use Preparation H if and only if they irritated.
My cousin was kidnapped by a gang? She said it was painful, so I wanted to care about something before they deteriorate.
Oh, and definitely stay away from thongs?
